New rear addition to the 1910 era home on a great corner lot just a few blocks from the Seawall. 

The new addition addocomdates a new garage space on the ground floor, expanded master suite, master bath and closet and new rear deck on the 1st floor.   Remodleing of areas of the existing home included the restoration of the original center hallway discovered during the initial site investigations.  The original wood wainscot and trim were hidden behind sheetrock and within several closets. 

The project General Contractor, Alex Gonzalez with Creative Combinations , provided excellent tradesmen, craftsmanship and construction. The end product was even better than everyone expected.
