...The scope of the project included interior remodeling of the Kitchen, design of a new Master Suite, addition of a new in-ground pool and design and constrution of a new 2-car Carriage House with roof dormers and open attic space.  

Since this is the 2nd oldest surving residence in Galveston and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, the new Garage project required submission to and approval by the City of Galveston Landmark Commission, Galveston Historical Foundation and the Texas Historical Commission.  

The new Pool and Carriage House are complete!
